  • What kind of cases do you take?

We represent people who have been hurt. Very often it’s a personal injury, where their bodies have been hurt. Sometimes they need our help recouping a financial loss. Whether it’s a car accident, sexual assault, or shareholder dispute, our firm takes away the stress and pressure of a legal claim so you can get back to your life.

  • How do I know if I have a case?

Call, text or email us anytime, 24/7/365. There is no cost for a case evaluation and all consultations are free. If we cannot assist you, we’ll tell you why or refer you to someone we know and trust.

  • How much is this going to cost?

We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning we get paid out of what we collect for you. The fee is a percentage of the total recovery and it varies, depending on the stage the case is in when it is resolved, which could be through a settlement or trial. If we don’t recover for you, you owe us nothing.

  • How long will it take?

We use a full court press strategy to drive your case by putting pressure on the insurance company to resolve the matter from day one. If a case can be settled without having to file a lawsuit, it can typically be resolved within 10-11 months. If a lawsuit is filed and the case is litigated, that usually takes two or more years. Our attorneys know how to move cases and like you, they have no incentive to delay.

  • How do I pay my medical bills?

Attorneys are not permitted to loan or advance money to clients, but we are often able to help you get the medical treatment you need, even if you cannot presently afford it. You are not in this alone. Talk to your attorney about your specific needs and let him or her help get you peace of mind.
